These Terms and Conditions govern your registration and participation in any program offered by Ramify Academy, the educational arm of RamifyTech (Philippe-Remy Enterprise Corp.). By completing your registration and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your child or dependent.

1. About Ramify Academy
Ramify Academy offers live online educational programs for children, parents, beginners, and community members. Programs are delivered in English and French and may include multi-week courses, single workshops, webinars, and information sessions. Specific program details including dates, times, duration, cohort size, and pricing are provided at the time of registration.

2. Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the first installment where a payment plan is available.
Program fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are specified on the registration page for each program.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Where available, Afterpay or other installment options may be offered.
Spots are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment.
Registrations for subsidized spots are subject to availability and require prior approval from Ramify Academy. Subsidized participants will receive separate payment instructions.

3. Refund Policy

Full refund: Requested at least 7 days before the program start date.
50% refund: Requested within 7 days of the program start date but before the first session.
No refund: Once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued regardless of attendance.
To request a refund, contact us at learn@ramifytech.com with your name, program name, and reason for cancellation.

4. Attendance and Missed Sessions

All live sessions are delivered in real time and will not be recorded. This policy exists to protect the privacy of all participants.
Where applicable, enrolled families or participants will receive a weekly resource guide or session summary to ensure no one falls completely behind due to an absence.
Participants who miss more than 3 sessions in a multi-week program may not be eligible to receive a certificate of completion at the discretion of Ramify Academy.
Ramify Academy is not responsible for technical difficulties on the participant’s end that result in a missed session.

5. Technology Requirements
By registering, the participant or parent/guardian confirms access to:

A working device (computer, tablet, or laptop) with a functioning camera and microphone
A stable internet connection suitable for video calls
A quiet space to participate in live sessions
A browser or app compatible with the platform used for delivery (currently Zoom)

Ramify Academy is not responsible for participation issues arising from inadequate technology on the participant’s end.

6. Code of Conduct
Ramify Academy is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all participants. By registering, participants and parents/guardians agree to the following:

All participants will treat instructors and fellow participants with respect at all times.
Disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated.
Recording of any session by participants, parents, or guardians is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Ramify Academy.
For programs involving minors, a parent or guardian must be reachable by phone or email during each session in the event of an incident.
Ramify Academy reserves the right to remove a participant from any program for serious or repeated misconduct. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Privacy and Data
Ramify Academy collects registration information (name, email address, phone number, and where applicable, child’s name and grade) solely for the purpose of delivering the program. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by Ramify Academy.

Since sessions are not recorded, no video or audio data of participants is retained by Ramify Academy.

By opting in during registration, participants consent to receiving program updates and communications from Ramify Academy via email. You may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Program Changes
Ramify Academy reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the schedule, content, platform, or delivery format of any program when necessary. Participants will be notified by email with reasonable advance notice of any changes. In the unlikely event that a session must be cancelled by Ramify Academy, a makeup session will be offered or a pro-rated credit applied.

9. Certificates
Where a certificate of completion is offered, it will be awarded to participants who meet the attendance requirements as defined for each program. Ramify Academy reserves the right to withhold a certificate from any participant who does not meet those requirements.

10. Intellectual Property
All program content, materials, slides, and resources created by Ramify Academy are the intellectual property of RamifyTech (Philippe-Remy Enterprise Corp.). Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share program materials without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability
Ramify Academy and its instructors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any program. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the program.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Ontario law.
