• How is your approach different from an IT provider or MSP?

  Traditional IT providers focus on infrastructure and maintenance.

  RamifyTech focuses on how technology is used, adopted, and governed — ensuring systems support real work and decision-making.

  We work upstream of tools, not just after problems appear.

• Do you offer AI services?

  Yes — responsibly.

  We help organizations assess readiness, identify appropriate use cases, and implement AI or automation with human oversight, security, and governance in mind. AI is treated as a support tool, not a replacement for people.

• Do you build custom AI models or LLMs?

  We may support customized AI or knowledge-based systems when appropriate, but only where there is clear value. We do not recommend custom AI solutions unless they align with real operational needs.

• Do you provide training for our team?

  Yes. Training and enablement are built into most engagements.

  We don’t just implement systems and disappear. We train your team on how to use them, document processes clearly, and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption sticks.

• What happens if the recommended solution doesn't work?

  We stay engaged to troubleshoot and adjust.

  If something isn’t working as expected, we’ll figure out why—whether it’s a technical issue, adoption challenge, or misalignment with how work actually happens. We adapt and iterate until it works.

• Can you help us migrate to new systems?

  Yes—when migration makes sense.

  We help organizations plan and execute migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms. But we only recommend migration when your current system genuinely can’t meet your needs—not just because something newer exists.

• Do you work with our existing IT team or vendor?

  Absolutely.

  We often collaborate with internal IT teams, MSPs, and other vendors. We’re not here to replace them—we’re here to help align technology strategy with operational reality and ensure everyone’s working toward the same goals.
